About PSCG
Built on Trust. Defined by Excellence.
Prime Sunset Contract Group was founded on a simple belief: that clients deserve a construction partner who is as invested in the outcome as they are.
Our Story
Southwest Florida's Trusted Construction Partner
Prime Sunset Contract Group was established to fill a gap in the Southwest Florida market — a firm that combines the expertise of a large construction company with the personal attention and accountability of a boutique practice.
Operating across Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties, we have built our reputation project by project, client by client. Our work spans luxury residential renovations, custom kitchens and baths, and complex commercial projects — each one delivered with the same commitment to precision and the client experience.
We don't measure success by the number of projects we complete. We measure it by the relationships we build and the standards we uphold.
What We Stand For
Our Core Values
Integrity
We say what we mean and do what we say. Every commitment we make is one we intend to keep.
Precision
Details matter. We approach every project with the rigor and attention that luxury construction demands.
Advocacy
As your owner's representative, we protect your interests at every decision point — no exceptions.
Partnership
We build long-term relationships, not transactional ones. Your success is our success.

Let's Work Together.
We take on a select number of projects each year to ensure every client receives our full attention. If you're planning a project, we'd welcome the conversation.
